Specialized section of «Spheros-Electron» JV welding production carries out the following types of works:

- contact (spot) welding of sheet details (2,5 mm thickness) of black and stainless steel with spot  welding machines;

- contact roller solid line seam welding, using additive in the form of  band on both sides of weld (sheet thickness – to 3,0 mm, length – to 850 mm);

- welding with Fronius, Binzel semiautomatic machine;

- welding of stainless steels and aluminum with additive materials and without them, depending on construction of details and thickness of material.
